The vision screenings include any ATEC West students that need their 3-year evaluations this school year. We will not be screening students who already receive vision services through the school. We encourage you to make sure that your student has their glasses at school for this screening.

If you do not want your child screened, please contact one of the school nurses for an Opt Out Form. This will need to be completed and returned to the school nurses by Friday, October 17th. Thank you for your help.
